Meet Shyam, the visionary founder of I&I Software. In his inner circles, Shyam is known to have the unique ability to take out more than 24 hours a day to be creatively responsive to everything that comes to his plate, including serving communities, interests in the arts, culture, and history. His reputation as a go-to leader comes from his dedication to technology, quality, service, and uncompromising ethics. In 2001, Shyam founded I&I Software, recognized as one of the fastest growing MBEs (according to Inc. 5000) in America, 7 years in a row, with an 8-figure revenue growth in a very short time. His expertise spans Enterprise Data Intelligence, Grant Management, Big Data Analytics, ERP, and CRM. Betty’s plate is an overflowing fountain of tasks for the team as she facilitates an unlimited number of services that are integral to the success of the company.
As Vice President - Human Resources, Betty is the rock in the company with her singular pointedness on guiding the company’s HR needs on payroll, benefit administration, accounts payable and accounts receivable. She has over 40 years in the IT professional business in various positions. Seventeen of those years have been with I&I Software.
Betty volunteers at her church, in the district schools and brings her culinary skills for preparing meals at the Salvation Army soup kitchen. Most of her spare time is spent with her three grandchildren who she adores and loves to spoil.

Gourav wants to live in a world where meetings are short, emails are concise, and solutions are brave. Gourav is a co-founder of I&I Labs Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of I&I Software focused on research and product development. He was a sought-after Enterprise Solution Architect in his 6 plus years of service at NYC Government. Gourav joined I&I Software from a career spanning big telco (AT&T), big and boutique consulting (Tech Mahindra), and numerous technology and software companies focused on telecom technology, custom application development, CRM, DW, BPM solutions across industries to solve complex problems at scale. When he is not scribbling up a storm, you can find him reading books, watching obscene amounts of documentaries without a trace of shame, and optimistically checking his mailbox in search of an innovative assignment.

Santhosh has a propensity to think deeply about most things he touches, and that has shaped his inner self to explore the mechanics of subtle cognitive processes, organisation needs and the solutions to help transform business systems. He is dedicated to delivering business solutions for Government agencies, focusing on areas like Enterprise Data Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, AI, and ML. Currently, he focuses on GrantCare, a solution empowering State and Local Governments in managing over $3 billion in grant-and-aid funds across various programs, including Emergency Rental and Utility assistance. Santhosh brings diverse experience across the public sector, technology, organisation development consulting, and media management. His expertise spans program acquisition management, product development, and business development.

As Practice lead for Enterprise Data Intelligence, she brings global expertise in leading Data Management and Governance initiatives bringing people, technology, and processes together for long- term improvement of business outcomes. She helps clients go inwards into their world of connected and interconnected ecosystems to build the data driven organisation they envision and establish a strong data foundation for their digital transformation initiatives. She is responsible for partner relations, strategic planning, and program delivery for the data intelligence practice.
